Apple Search Ads supports these features:

Cost integration​

To set up cost integration, please provide the client id and client secret and paste it to Apple Search Ad's credentials tab.

Please refer to Apple's documentation on how to get these two values.

Additionally, please provide the value organization ID and paste it to the basic information tab. You need to go to: https://app.searchads.apple.com/cm/app/report to copy your "Organization Id". Expand your account on the top right.
