Google Ads multi-country support

The justtrack platform supports multi-country campaigns for Google Ads inclusion lists. However, we don't support exclusion lists. Therefore, if you create a Google Ads campaign that excludes, rather than includes, specific countries, justtrack won't know the campaign countries and won't send attribution postbacks for that campaign.
