Notifications
There are two types of notifications in justtrack:
- Smart Insights
- Errors
In this guide, you'll learn how to use both types of notifications to better understand your campaign setup and performance.

In the Notifications view, you can use the options at the top to filter between Smart Insights and Errors.
Smart Insights
Smart Insights tell you when certain metrics increase or decrease more than expected.
To measure this, our machine learning model analyzes recent data for certain metrics and determines a range of expected values. An anomaly occurs when the metric deviates beyond this expected range.

If there is an anomaly, such as an unexpected drop in Installs that occurs across multiple apps or partners, we cluster them to provide related insights in a single view.
We categorize anomalies based on the severity level. Smart Insights include the following indicators:
- Increase or decrease
- Spike or drop
- Major spike or drop
It's important to remember that these are deviations beyond the range of expected values determined by our machine learning model. So, even though an increase in Installs could look large, it may still be considered "minor" if the expected variation is also large.
There are two ways to engage with Smart Insights:
- You can click View in statistics on any Smart Insight. This will direct you to the Statistics page pre-configured for the cluster.
- You can hover over a Smart Insight to see a pop-up that contains details about the cluster. From here, you can click the Statistics icon to open the Statistics page pre-configured for a specific app or partner.
Errors
Errors tell you when we've detected a mis-configured campaign. From an error, you can click Configure campaign to fix the issue.
